The Challenge
Flogas began life as an LPG supplier – a trusted presence in homes and businesses across Ireland. But the energy landscape was shifting fast. Climate targets, rising customer expectations, and the urgency of the renewable transition demanded something bigger: a bold leap from gas provider to full-spectrum energy company.
When we first came on board, the brand was only skin-deep – a set of livery guidelines without a strategy to drive it, no distinct voice, and no clear story of what Flogas was becoming. Our task was clear: build from the ground up. Define its purpose. Shape its voice. Reimagine its identity. And position Flogas to lead the charge into a smarter, more sustainable future.

Through extensive market research, we defined Flogas's key audiences, uncovered its unique strengths, and clarified the role it could play across both domestic and commercial energy markets.
From there, almost everything evolved. Beyond the name and logo, we reimagined the brand from the ground up:
